A Message from Julie Willoughby

I’m Julie Willoughby, and I’m running for State Senate to bring proven, common-sense leadership to the East Valley. Leadership that listens, gets results, and always puts people before politics.

For more than a decade, I’ve worked as an ER trauma nurse. In the emergency room, there is no time for politics. I’ve learned to stay calm under pressure, advocate for patients and families, make tough decisions, and work with others to solve the problem at hand.

I’m a mom, a small business owner, and your State Representative. Like families across the East Valley, I know what it means to feel the strain of rising costs, to want safe neighborhoods and strong schools, and to expect government to respect your hard-earned tax dollars.

At the State Capitol, I’ve focused on practical results for the people I serve. Together, we’ve helped deliver more than $1.4 billion in tax relief, protected taxpayer dollars by cracking down on fraud, and strengthened public safety. We’ve also expanded access to quality health care, given parents a stronger voice in education, and worked to protect Arizona’s water future.

You should be able to expect the people you elect to listen to your views, treat you with respect, and stay focused on results that make a difference in your daily life.

That means helping Arizonans keep more of what they earn, supporting teachers and giving every student a path to success, and ensuring patients can get timely, affordable care. It also means supporting law enforcement and first responders to keep our neighborhoods safe and keeping Arizona a place where small businesses can grow and families can build a future.

I’m not running to add to the noise, but to continue delivering common-sense leadership, real solutions, and results.
